Hey, Bowlmate! Listen up – here are the rules if you want to enter to win! By entering, you agree to these rules and the decisions of the sweepstakes administrator.

1.                   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. That means you don’t gotta buy nothin’ to enter for a chance to win these cool prizes!
2.                   HERE’S HOW YOU ENTER: anytime between July 11,2024 and July 26, 2024 at 1:00pm CDT, purchase a ticket to enter the Cheech & Chong meet and greet at Binny’s Lincoln Park location (1720 N. Marcey St. Chicago, Illinois 60614) on July 26th, 2024, which includes a 6-pack of Cheech & Chong’s High & Dry Seltzer and an autographed poster, by going to https://binnys.thundertix.com/events/232811. When you pick up your case of High & Dry at the event, check inside the case to see if you find the lucky Grand Prize golden ticket. You can also enter without purchase by mailing your hand written entry request on a 3” x 5” index card with your first and last name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address in an envelope with proper first-class postage to Acapulco Golden Ticket Sweepstakes at 5242 S College Dr. #390, Salt Lake City, UT 84123. Limit one entry per person. Entries by mail must be received before July 24, 2024 to be eligible.
3.                   ELIGIBILITY: Now, here’s the deal: you’ve gotta be a resident of the state of Illinois, you’ve gotta be 21 years or older as of July 8, 2024, and you have to be present at the Cheech & Chong meet and greet at the Binny’s Lincoln Park location on July 26, 2024. If you work for Cheech and Chong’s Global Holding Company, or if you’re related to anyone who does, you can’t enter. Void where prohibited by law, man.
4.                   PRIZE WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be confirmed after contacting the administrator at the event with evidence of the golden ticket, to be verified by the administrator. Mail-in entries will be played by the administrator on the mail-in participants behalf. If it is determined by the administrator that you have won the Grand Prize, you will be notified by email by the administrator. Only a winning participant will be notified by email. Your chances of winning depends on how many people enter.
   
   The winners are responsible for any taxes from the tax man. You also agree that, if you win, we can use your name and likeness for marketing purposes, without paying you.

5.                   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold us harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Now, we aren’t responsible for any problems you have with this sweepstakes, like late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; you don’t get a notice because it went to your spam folder; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions; technical problems; errors; or other administrative or processing issues. If anything goes wrong, you can’t sue us, man. If we gotta cancel or change the sweepstakes, we’ll do it in a way that we think is fair.
6.                   PRIZE(S): The prize is pretty cool!
   
   One (1) lucky Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to Los Angeles for a private hang with Cheech & Chong (including coach airfare, ground transportation, and one-night hotel accommodations; $1,500.00 value).
   
   Total prize value: $1,500.00. If we find out you cheated, you’ll be disqualified, and we’ll pick someone else. You can’t substitute your prize if you win. If we have to substitute your prize and give you something else instead, the substitution will be worth the same or more. All of the prizes will be awarded to someone.

7.                   CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Only the laws of Illinois apply to this sweepstakes, and you can only sue us in Nevada if something goes wrong.
8.                   PRIVACY:  Any information that you give us in an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy that you can check out at https://cheechandchong.com/privacy-policy/.
